How Our 5-Step Provectus Process Delivers Value to Your Business
Step 1: Discovery
When you request a free consultation or engage with us for one of our services, you will fill out an intake form first. This is for us to gather information about what you want to accomplish and to maximize the return on your investment.
In many cases, we may ask you to fill out a second and more detailed questionnaire. You will fill out relevant details about your business, objectives, product or service, and target market. It helps streamline the whole process and save everyone’s time. The more details you provide, the higher chance that we will fulfill your goals.
Please note that we require these questionnaires to be filled out before we start working together.*
*If you are hesitant about sharing sensitive business information externally, we are willing to sign an NDA to protect your information and interests.
Step 2: Kickoff
After submitting your questionnaire, we will reach out to you via email and put together a custom proposal for you. The custom proposal, sent via email, will contain the following items:
- Statement of Work (SOW)
- Estimated Timeline (if applicable)
- Quote and Payment Terms
- Terms for Post-Engagement Support (if applicable)
- Full Proposal and Contract
We will discuss our agreement and the duration thereof. Our agreement can be as long as you want it to be. We can agree on a one-off project, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or even a full year.
Once we’re ready, we will kick-off the project with an upfront payment or deposit. The proposal we send via email can be electronically signed, so no need to print anything out.
We may also request additional source material, and if you require an NDA, we will sign one.
Step 3: Research
We will do subject-matter and market research, including customer interviews if needed, to build out the deliverable. We will also reach out to you if we have any further questions or need additional material.
If the deliverable is extensive and long-form, such as a white paper or a long-form thought-leadership article, we will ask you to preview an outline and approve it before we write the full content.
Within our pre-agreed schedule, the content or sales copy will be written as a first draft within a word processor.
Our discussions can be carried out via email, Slack, Skype, or Telegram, depending on your preference.
Step 4: Delivery
We will send you high-quality deliverables backed by in-depth market research according to our agreed schedule. The format of these deliverables can either be in Google Docs or Microsoft Word, depending on your preference.
For one-off projects, the remaining balance would be due immediately upon receipt of the initial draft. A maximum of two (2) free revisions per piece will be allowed free of extra charge.
However, we ask that you request both revisions within seven (7) days of our submission of the initial draft. If you wait past 7 days before requesting these revisions, we will assume you are satisfied and thus require no additional revisions. Extra fees will be incurred for revision requests past this 7-day window.
The exception to this rule is an extended window of 30 days for a white paper, special report, or eBook. If, however, you need an extension on the 7 day revision period, we may give you another week depending on your circumstances.
Step 5: Check-Ins
After we deliver our services, we don’t consider our work finished. Because we care about the results and the value that you’re receiving from our services, we will check in periodically to inquire about your satisfaction with the deliverables we wrote for you.
We will also inquire about any performance metrics you are tracking, and use before/after comparisons to evaluate the performance of our deliverables.
However, please note it is your responsibility to track performance, and it is also your responsibility to use our deliverables appropriately as per our recommendations.
In case you are not satisfied with the performance of our deliverables, we will evaluate the reasons behind their underperformance and create remedial steps to follow.
